At smava, customer support comprises Sales and Customer Service.


The Sales teams, split between Berlin and Hamburg, ensure that our end customers (B2C) get the best possible credit which most closely fits their needs. The higher the credit volumes brokered to our end customers from each partner bank, the better the conditions which we are able to offer them. Our Customer Service team looks after our customers both before and after acquiring credit.
